Who we are

stivens.io is operated by Pierre Louis Ent LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using this site or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We design and build websites and software under fixed-scope packages or individually scoped proposals. The scope, price, revision rounds, and delivery timeline for your project are those stated in your package or written proposal at the time of purchase.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Where a package is split into a deposit and a final payment, work begins after the deposit and final deliverables transfer after the final payment. Timelines that depend on client-provided content run from the date the content is received.

Revisions and changes

Each package includes the stated number of revision rounds. Requests beyond the included rounds, or outside the agreed scope, are quoted separately before any additional work begins.

Ownership and handover

On receipt of full payment, the finished deliverables — files, accounts created for the project, and the site or application itself — are yours. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for third-party services (hosting, payment processing, email delivery) we configure on your behalf.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
