Privacy Policy
Version 1 — July 14, 2026. This is an initial, plain-language version of our privacy policy and will be refined over time.
What we collect
When you create an account or submit a project intake, we collect what you give us: your email, name, and the details of your project (business name, goals, budget range, and similar intake fields). We do not collect more than the product needs.
How we use it
Your information is used to review your intake, communicate with you about your project, run your client dashboard, and process payments. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes it
We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (payments — we never see or store your card details). Each processes your data only to provide their service to us.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use stivens.io — which pages get visited, how people move through the site, and general engagement patterns. This helps us improve the site and the services we offer.
GA4 collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, and approximate location (city/region level, not precise) through cookies placed by Google. We do not sell your personal information and do not use this data to individually identify you.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser settings.

Retention and deletion
We keep account and project records for as long as your account is active or as needed for legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@stivens.io and we'll handle it.
